As the Marketing Executive and Investor Client Liaison, Lily connects international investors with New Zealand’s most compelling investment opportunities.

Born into a family of high-net-worth immigrants, Lily’s story is a testament to what’s possible in New Zealand. Educated locally and holding an LLB and BA(Hons) in German, she has led a large team across seven major properties, including commercial hotels, long-term rentals, social housing, and retail precincts in Wellington and Auckland. Lily oversees operational budgets, project delivery, marketing strategy, and value creation — consistently exceeding revenue targets while maintaining lean, high-yield operations.

Lily played a transformative role in Wellington’s cultural scene as the founder of the Wellington Night Market, which attracted nearly one million visitors annually. She also directed the Wellington Lantern Festival, a major event with over 85,000 attendees and collaborations with more than 15 embassies and top sponsors such as Accor, Singapore Airlines, Resene, and the Wellington City Council.

With a solid foundation in accounting and finance, Soon Lim brings over a decade of expertise in New Zealand’s Investor and Business visa categories. Since 2014, he has successfully guided high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs through complex immigration pathways, combining technical insight with strategic foresight.

Before transitioning into immigration, Soon held senior roles as an Accountant and Finance Manager across Malaysia, Singapore, and New Zealand, gaining cross-industry experience that informs his client-centric approach today.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (1991) and an MBA (2000), and is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Bahasa Malaysia—enabling him to connect seamlessly with clients across Asia and beyond.

His success is driven by a meticulous attention to detail, innovative thinking, and a deep commitment to aligned investment structures. Recognized for his transparency, strategic acumen, and dedication to long-term value creation, Dan consistently delivers strong outcomes for investors.

With a unique background in both the creative arts and business, Renee brings a well-rounded perspective to New Zealand’s immigration sector. Since becoming a licensed Immigration Adviser, she has supported international students, skilled migrants, and businesses with tailored immigration strategies that balance compliance and long-term success.

Trained initially in film directing, Renee completed a Bachelor of Arts from China (2016). After relocating to New Zealand, she earned a Master’s degree in Business Analysis and built hands-on experience in administration, accounting, and event coordination—developing a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of client service.
